Pourquoi le nom ” Jazz<\/strong> & Vin en Double” <\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Roche-Chalais compte encore quelques vignobles en appellation Cognac (vignoble en cours d’agrandissement avec de nouvelles plantations) et se trouve \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres des vins de Bordeaux. Il s’agit donc de mettre \u00e0 l’honneur ce patrimoine local et les vignerons qui mettent toutes leurs forces pour exercer leur difficile labeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quant au mot “Double”, il ne s’agit pas, bien s\u00fbr, d’une double ration de vin, mais une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la For\u00eat de la Double<\/a> (ch\u00e8re \u00e0 Eug\u00e8ne Leroy) qui s’\u00e9tend sur 55 000 hectares \u00e0 l’Est de la Roche-Chalais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
